Two uncommon species are displayed in this silver Victorian style frame with light lavender matting. Lanternflies have unusual head gear that was once thought to emit light, hence the name.  Many species produce a white waxy substance that gives them a frosted appearance. The larger red species has a strange hat-like head gear that looks similar to a Sultan's cap. A beautiful display of God's Art!
